The Herman Miller Aeron Chair is one of the world's most iconic office chairs, designed to meet the needs of today’s workers and work environments. Launched in 1994, designers Bill Stumpf and Don Chadwick literally changed the way people sat and quickly became the most desirable piece of furniture in the world. 

Ergonomic design

The Aeron chair is designed to support you whilst you work with its smart weight distribution. The innovative 8Z Pellicle suspension mesh material on the backrest provides great temperature regulation by allowing air, body heat and water vapour to pass through. The user can maintain a comfortable skin temperature even during extended use.

Fully adjustable to suit you

Everyone is different and will require different seating positions. Designed to adapt to you, it has adjustable PostureFit SL and harmonic tilt capabilities. No matter your height, you can keep your feet flat on the floor whilst responsively supporting your lower back, creating a bespoke seating experience. 

It also comes in three inclusive sizes, A, B and C to cater for a wide range of people. There’s an Aeron chair for everyone. 

Stylish colour options

It has been designed to suit any environment, fitting in seamlessly with all decors and styles. The frame and base is available in a range of colour options:

• Onyx is a striking ultra black shade

• Graphite is a distinctive dark grey 

• Carbon is a well-balanced neutral shade

• Mineral is the lightest shade

Floor protection

It is available in a selection of castor types to suit your flooring. From hard castors for carpet to quiet roll soft castors for hard floors, it’s important to select the right foundation for your chair.   

Lead times for built to order Aerons vary between 2 and 9 weeks.

The following sizes are a general guide to choosing the right Herman Miller Aeron chair for you:

Size A

For heights between 1.47-1.75m and weights between 40-68Kg

Size B

For heights between 1.58-1.98m and weights between 59-148Kg

Size C

For heights between 1.60-1.98m and weights between 81.5-159Kg

Where a user falls between sizes, it is always recommended to choose the larger size of chair.
