The Allermuir Tibo outdoor bench and table system is a thoughtfully engineered piece of contemporary outdoor furniture that combines seating and dining into a single form. Designed by Mark Gabbertas, it reflects a philosophy of simplicity, durability, and social interaction.
At its core, Tibo is a fully integrated bench-and-table solution, available in 3 sizes to accommodate groups ranging from six to twelve people. Its design is centred on encouraging natural interaction—bringing people together in a shared, communal setting while maintaining a clean, uncluttered aesthetic.
Structurally, the system is built around a robust aluminium frame. This construction maximises strength and rigidity while minimising the number of ground contact points, resulting in both visual lightness and practical ease of installation and levelling. The frame is finished in durable powder-coated options such as textured black or ceramic white, making it suitable for demanding outdoor environments. The table tops and bench are available in solid core laminate or teak, both chosen for their resilience and longevity outdoors. Teak offers a warm, natural finish that weathers gracefully, while laminate provides a contemporary, low-maintenance alternative.
