As we increasingly embrace more casual and adaptable areas to accomplish our responsibilities, it has demonstrated its effectiveness as a practical substitute for traditional desk work, applicable across the diverse range of hospitality, work, and educational environments we encounter today.
Minimizing the carbon footprint associated with the production of Beyond the Desks is of utmost importance to Orangebox. A significant 95% of the material suppliers for Beyond the Desks are located in the UK, with more than half situated within a 10-mile radius of the factory. The cushions are meticulously designed to envelop the seat frame, thereby enhancing the sustainability of the initial assembly process and facilitating easier remanufacturing. Additionally, the seat frames and privacy screens are constructed from FSC-certified wood.
Beyond the desk is also available as modular seating. With a wide variety of seating in the collection, it can be assembled, disassembled and reconfigured, within its location. Please contact the office for more information.
